Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Immediate Hire

About the role

Ancestral Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to join its home‑care team in the Los Angeles area. The position offers immediate placement on either a part‑time or full‑time basis, with flexible scheduling that allows you to work 1:1 with clients in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures such as bandage changes and catheter insertions/removals.
• Check and record vital signs including heartbeat, blood pressure, blood sugar, and heart rate.
• Monitor patients, report metrics to a registered nurse or other health professional, and document observations.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and repositioning in bed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate medical histories.

Required profile

• Newly graduated LVNs are welcome; no prior experience required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift care or visitation schedules.
• Ability to provide compassionate, person‑centered care in a home setting.
• Completion of job orientation and training provided by the employer.
