About the role

Join Gaggle’s mission to support student safety and well‑being by providing teletherapy to K‑12 students and school staff. This fully remote 1099 contract lets you work from any U.S. location.

Key responsibilities

Deliver 45‑minute weekly teletherapy sessions to K‑12 students and school staff.
Build a flexible schedule that fits your availability, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Resident/Supervisee credentials in Virginia.
Experience working with K‑12 students.
Professional Liability Insurance and willingness to add Gaggle as additionally insured.

Required skills

Ability to conduct solution‑focused, supportive therapy via video.
Strong communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and schools.

What we offer

$200 annual contract stipend.
$20 flat rate for no‑show appointments.
