Licensed Psychologist or Psychiatrist – Victoria, TX

About the role

PsyPhyCare is looking for an experienced Licensed Psychologist or Psychiatrist to deliver in‑person behavioral health and counseling services for a federally funded program in Victoria, Texas. The clinician will work with adults facing adjustment, trauma‑related, relationship and life‑transition challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, couples and family counseling on site.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments, develop treatment plans and document clinical notes.
• Utilize evidence‑based, trauma‑informed approaches and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate referrals and additional services as needed while complying with federal, state and program requirements.

Required profile

• Either a Doctoral degree in Psychology with a current independent practice license, or an MD/DO with psychiatry residency, unrestricted medical license and (preferred) board certification.
• Experience delivering adult behavioral health or counseling services, preferably in community‑based or government‑funded settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation and communication abilities.
