About the role

Join Integrity Home Care + Hospice as a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse providing compassionate, one‑to‑one care to patients in their homes across Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. Enjoy a balanced schedule with Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.‑5 p.m. shifts and 24/7 clinical support.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to support recovery from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans, including assessments, medication management, and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge goals.

Required profile

• Active, current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred; home‑health experience welcomed but not required.
• Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.
