About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care, including IV therapy, within the Clinic/Women's Health Center in Fairfield. Working under the direction of a registered nurse, the LPN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized, high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Deliver comprehensive care addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of patients.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Adapt quickly to changing unit demands and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations and ensure compliance.
