Licensed Electrician – Residential & Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a licensed electrician to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties in the Baltimore area. The role involves independent troubleshooting, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting our facilities management team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs in both residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as short circuits, faulty wiring, and malfunctioning fixtures.
• Install and maintain lighting, outlets, switches, panels, circuit breakers, and other electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and NEC codes.
• Respond to service calls, emergency repairs, and scheduled maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
• Valid Maryland journeyman or master electrician license.
• Reliable transportation and own tools; ability to use a company vehicle for travel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in property management or multifamily housing maintenance is a plus.

What we offer

• Hourly wage ranging from $15 to $30, based on experience and credentials.
