Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide Christ‑centered mental health care. The role blends evidence‑based therapeutic techniques with biblical principles to support individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and grief.
• Integrate Christian faith and biblical principles with evidence‑based methods (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness, IFS) as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals, community resources, and church leadership while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide crisis intervention when needed.

Required profile

• Fully licensed LPC or LCSW in the relevant state.
• 2+ years post‑licensure clinical experience; faith‑based setting experience a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Deep personal Christian faith and ability to integrate spiritual principles ethically.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems therapies.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning abilities.
• Trauma‑informed counseling expertise.
