Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician

About the role

PsyPhyCare is looking for an experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to deliver in‑person counseling and behavioral health services for a federally funded program in Victoria, Texas. The role focuses on adult clients dealing with adjustment, trauma, relationship, and life‑transition concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling on site.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence‑based and trauma‑informed counseling approaches.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate referrals and additional services as needed while complying with federal, state, and program requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in a related behavioral health field.
• Current independent licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in good standing.
• Experience providing behavioral health counseling to adults, with strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Victoria, TX and provide trauma‑informed care.
• Preferred experience with government or community‑based behavioral health programs.
