Legal Solutions Consultant – Legal AI Platform (Remote US)

About the role

We are hiring a former practicing lawyer to help shape the future of legal work on our enterprise‑grade AI platform. You will work directly with corporate lawyers, translating their workflow challenges into product direction and driving adoption across legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with corporate lawyers at current and prospective customers to uncover workflow pain points, recommend solutions, and demonstrate platform fit.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into concrete, lawyer‑ready product direction.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to shape the roadmap and ensure trust and adoption.
• Build and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases reflecting real corporate legal work and AI transformation.
• Introduce new capabilities in tailored, credible, and compelling ways for each customer.

Required profile

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a transactional practice (M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, EC/VC, real estate, or related) at a top‑tier law firm or sophisticated in‑house legal team.
• Strong understanding of corporate lawyers' workflows, challenges, and demands.
• Executive presence and relationship‑building skills to establish credibility with legal professionals at all levels.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for live demos, workshops, and strategic conversations.
• Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal practice.
• Solutions‑oriented mindset, bias toward action, and enthusiasm for working directly with customers.

What we offer

• Salary range $270,000 – $320,000 USD OTE (75/25 split).
