About the role

Ropes & Gray is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to support its lawyers. The role serves as the right‑hand for attorneys, managing information flow and ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Firm's Trusted Advisor and Proactive Assistance programs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Act as gatekeeper, prioritising conflicting requests and managing the flow of information.
• Provide superior client service to internal and external stakeholders with a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement solutions to business problems.
• Cross‑train teammates and share best practices to ensure consistent, first‑class service.
• Handle matters independently, follow through on tasks, and ensure timely completion.
