Legal Counsel – US

About the role

We are looking for a US‑based Legal Counsel to join Bending Spoons’ fast‑growing legal team. You will work across acquisitions, product launches and day‑to‑day commercial matters, helping the company scale while maintaining high ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support cross‑border acquisitions: conduct due diligence, draft and review transaction documents, and assist with post‑completion integration.
• Draft, negotiate and manage commercial contracts with vendors and customers, including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS and other technology agreements.
• Partner with product teams on global launches, preparing external communications, legal terms and policies.
• Provide cross‑functional legal advice on technology, product, marketing, commercial, regulatory, intellectual‑property and AI‑governance issues.
• Manage disputes and litigation in the US and abroad, coordinating with external counsel.
• Build and maintain scalable legal tools such as forms, playbooks and AI‑powered workflows.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments to anticipate risks and identify value‑creating opportunities.
