Legal Conflicts Researcher – Full-Time Remote

About the role
Accufile is seeking an experienced Legal Conflicts Researcher to support a law‑firm client conflicts group. This full‑time, temporary position is remote and follows East Coast working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily conflict searches using Lexis+, Dun & Bradstreet, Bloomberg, Courthouse News Services and AI‑powered tools.
- Communicate results to administrative staff and advise on actual or potential conflicts.
- Track the status of outstanding and ongoing conflict requests.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience with automated conflict checking systems or corporate research in a law‑firm environment.
- Knowledge of corporate research, due diligence, and compliance issues.
- Strong working knowledge of legal research platforms and business information databases.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy under time pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
