About the role

Join a dynamic law firm as a Legal Assistant and provide essential support to attorneys and paralegals. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop your organizational and administrative skills in a professional legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage attorneys' calendars, scheduling appointments, deadlines, and court dates.
• Serve as a backup for front‑desk duties, including faxing, scanning, and general clerical tasks.
• Accurately enter billable time into the firm’s timekeeping system.
• Organize and name documents in Worldox, ensuring easy retrieval.
• Transcribe dictation promptly and with high accuracy.

Required profile

• Proactive individual with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Required skills

• Experience with Worldox document management system.
