Leasing Professional – Yardly Laveen Spectrum (Lease Up)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Yardly Laveen Spectrum community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by managing all leasing activities and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting and qualifying prospects.
• Conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications with credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to confirm readiness and compliance.
