Leasing Professional – Yardly Laveen Spectrum (Lease Up)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Yardly Laveen Spectrum community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets through proactive leasing and resident‑satisfaction efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and manage the full leasing cycle including applications, credit and background checks, lease preparation, and move‑in coordination.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready for residents, and schedule any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track unit availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality standards in line with company expectations.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging and qualifying prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Collaboration skills to work with maintenance and property‑management teams.
