Leasing Professional – Wiregrass at Stone Oak

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Wiregrass at Stone Oak community in San Antonio. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for accurate lease preparation and unit inspections.

Required skills

• Experience with OneSite property management software.
• Experience with Yardi property management software.
• Proficiency using internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
