Community Manager - Dalian Monterrey Village

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Dalian Monterrey Village property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input to the property’s budget by analyzing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, making bank deposits and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly and coordinate payments.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage the petty‑cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends, develop short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily or residential property management.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and develop budgets.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other housing regulations.
• Excellent organizational and team‑leadership skills.
