About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional for the Viviano at Red Cliffs community in St. George, Utah. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
  • Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
  • Inspect units before resident move‑in to confirm they meet move‑in ready standards.
  • Coordinate renewal strategies and secure lease renewals to maintain high resident retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community and achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

  • Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
  • Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and lease documentation.
  • Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals set for the community.
