Leasing Professional – Villas Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the Villas community in Goodyear. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective leasing, marketing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments and process applications, credit screenings and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to greet, qualify and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Experience conducting tours, showing units and handling lease documentation.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Capability to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic.
• Proficiency in using property management software for data tracking and reporting.
