About the role
The Leasing Professional for the Verge community will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. You will handle all leasing activities from prospecting to lease signing and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting and qualifying prospects.
- Show available units, process applications, and prepare lease agreements.
- Coordinate community marketing efforts and renewal strategies.
- Maintain accurate records while working in a high‑volume environment.
- Support resident satisfaction and address inquiries throughout the lease term.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of leasing experience.
- Ability to thrive in high‑volume settings while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
