Leasing Professional – Triana

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a 362‑unit stabilized community in Triana. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals through proactive prospect engagement and excellent resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to manage leasing workflow and resident data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in affordable or stabilized housing.
• Availability to work weekends, typical schedule 9 am–6 pm.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain resident satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property management systems.
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
