Maintenance Technician – Triana

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s property team in Triana. The role involves ensuring the building, grounds and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service activities accurately and timely for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and performing general cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing components whenever possible.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems; HVAC or CPA certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑call schedule, typically 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility for business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
