About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to join the Tinker on Forty8 community in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention by managing all leasing activities and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
  • Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
  • Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to ensure they are move‑in ready.
  • Maintain resident satisfaction during the lease term and secure lease renewals.
  • Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage prospects and residents.
  • Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and lease preparation.
  • Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals through proactive leasing activities.
