About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Oaks at Riverbend community. This full‑time position focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals through effective leasing processes and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident renewal efforts.
Required profile
- Experience performing leasing and sales activities in a residential community.
- Ability to interact professionally with prospects and residents.
- Strong attention to detail for application processing and apartment inspections.
