Leasing Professional – The Noble Community

About the role

Leasing Professional for The Noble community, responsible for marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including online listings and referral programs.
• Use property management software to track availability, resident data, and leasing activity.
• Manage lease renewals by preparing renewal letters, contacting residents, and securing signed agreements.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and any state/local leasing licenses required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and respond to resident calls.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
