Leasing Professional – The Morgan

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for The Morgan community, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leasing to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects and optimal unit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market analysis and competitor activity.
• Generate and monitor traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure “ready” apartments meet brand standards and enhance marketability.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate leasing team members in line with company policies.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing activities.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and be on‑call as needed.
