Leasing Professional – The Gallery at NoHo Commons

About the role

This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. You will handle all leasing activities, ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and drive lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure units are move‑in ready.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to Greystar standards, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience and familiarity with Entrata housing software.
• Valid driver’s license and any state‑required leasing licenses or certifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
