Leasing Professional – The Breckyn

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for The Breckyn community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Attention to detail for unit inspections and lease documentation.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
