Leasing Professional – Spectra Parks

About the role

The Leasing Professional for Spectra Parks will lead the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, ensure smooth move‑ins and maintain high satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and oversee the signing process.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready and coordinate any necessary preparations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident renewal efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the community and achieve occupancy goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in processing applications and preparing lease documentation.
