Leasing Professional – Southhaven Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Southhaven community in Orlando. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage lease signing and move‑in.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding work with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and work to secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Prior experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, including weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
