Leasing Professional – Shoregate

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Shoregate community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or leasing within residential real‑estate.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to conduct tours, qualify leads, and manage the full leasing cycle.
• Awareness of local market conditions and competitor offerings.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to coordinate move‑in inspections and maintenance requests.
