Senior Leasing Professional

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Leasing Professional to lead leasing, marketing, and renewal initiatives for its Shoregate community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and manage lease sign‑ups and move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or property management with a track record of meeting occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of local rental markets and ability to analyze competitor activity.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to engage prospects and residents.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook).
