Leasing Professional – Sage (Green Valley)

About the role

The Leasing Professional – Sage will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Green Valley community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering high‑quality service to prospects and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and execute resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to company standards, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents via email, calls, or thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage lease renewal packages, contacting residents ahead of move‑out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, escalating issues to appropriate staff.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses or certifications required for leasing activities.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• OneSite property management software.
• Yardi property management software.
• Internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
