Leasing Professional – Portside

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 300‑unit stabilized community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show unit standards, prepare leasing office, and handle resident inquiries and concerns.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal packages and contacting residents.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years leasing experience in multifamily housing.
• Exceptional customer service with a hospitality mindset.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
