Leasing Professional – Overlook Lake Norman

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Overlook Lake Norman, a mid‑rise community in Mooresville, NC. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in procedures and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new residents.
• Maintain resident relationships, address concerns, and promote lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to implement strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and documentation.
• Ability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends as needed.
