Leasing Professional – Olivine Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for the Olivine community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through end‑to‑end leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to engage prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics is preferred.
