About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at the Novi at Lowry community in Denver. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in procedures, ensure apartments are ready for occupancy, and manage lease signings.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term and handle renewal negotiations.
• Support community marketing initiatives to attract qualified prospects.
