Leasing Professional – NoHo 14 Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the NoHo 14 community, aiming to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including online listings and referral programs.
• Maintain accurate data in OneSite/Yardi and track leasing activity.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages and contacting residents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, resolving issues or escalating appropriately.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing or related experience, preferably with affordable housing.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Experience using Yardi or similar leasing platforms.
• Familiarity with Funnel CRM for prospect tracking.
