Leasing Professional – Next on Lex & Brio

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Next on Lex and Brio community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Prepare renewal packages, contact renewing residents, and ensure timely execution of lease extensions.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing issues or forwarding requests to appropriate teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of multifamily leasing experience; experience with affordable housing programs is a plus.
• Valid state leasing licenses and a driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
