Leasing Professional – Marlowe Sand Canyon Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Marlowe Sand Canyon community. The role drives marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needed, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and execute resident‑referral, employer outreach, and online advertising campaigns.
• Use property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit quality, communicate upkeep needs to maintenance, and keep the leasing office prepared for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, or cards to secure leases and renewals, and prepare renewal packages.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years leasing experience, preferably with lease‑up and Entrata.
• Valid driver’s license and any state or local leasing certifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Entrata property‑management platform.
• OneSite or Yardi software.
