Leasing Professional – Lowry Park

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Lowry Park property, aiming to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready for residents, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or property‑management sales activities.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor analysis.
• Ability to conduct apartment inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Experience creating and implementing marketing and resident‑referral programs.
• Familiarity with property‑management software for tracking leasing activity.
