Leasing Professional – Lowry Park Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Lowry Park community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue targets and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Inspect units before resident move‑in, confirm readiness and coordinate any outstanding work with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show units and community spaces to Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships with prospects and residents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
