Leasing Professional – Lantower Garrison Park

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Lantower Garrison Park, a garden‑style community in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through full‑cycle leasing and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong attention to detail for unit inspections and documentation.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Experience creating and executing community marketing programs.
