Community Manager – Lantower Garrison Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Lantower Garrison Park property in Charlotte, NC. The role is responsible for managing the on‑site team, financial performance, and compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent collection, process deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, discounts, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Gather and interpret market and economic trends that may impact property performance.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant housing regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
