Leasing Professional – High Rise Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a high‑rise community of 396 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals through proactive prospect engagement and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property‑management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards, inspect marketing corridors, and prepare the leasing office for daily activity.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents, and securing signed agreements.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing activities.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• OneSite property‑management software.
• Yardi property‑management software.
• Internet marketing tools such as Craigslist.
• Social media platforms like Facebook for outreach.
