About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead the marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for the Arcadia 1850 garden‑style community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement leasing and renewal strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
Required profile
- Ability to meet community occupancy and revenue targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Attention to detail in processing applications and lease documentation.
