Maintenance Supervisor – Arcadia 1850

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work for the Arcadia 1850 garden‑style community, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of community grounds, building exteriors, amenities, signage, parking areas and central garbage zones.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by internal team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budgetary guidelines.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance tasks and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property or facilities maintenance.
• Strong ability to manage work orders, coordinate vendors and oversee make‑ready activities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on safety, quality and budget adherence.
• Ability to conduct inspections, identify corrective actions and follow up on resolutions.
