Leasing Professional – Garden Community (252 Units)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead all leasing activities for a 252‑unit garden‑style community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends to ensure a smooth move‑in experience and long‑term resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing and leasing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record prospect activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Detail‑oriented approach to lease documentation and unit inspections.
