Housekeeper – Vacant Unit & Common Area Cleaning

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing office, clubhouse, and common‑area restrooms at the Arcadia at Veranda Falls community. The role supports the make‑ready process and helps keep the property market‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to ensure they remain market‑ready.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager, and Assistant Manager with additional make‑ready tasks.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and work in confined spaces.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to take on‑call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Operation of a golf cart on property grounds.
