Leasing Professional for The Oliveen Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Oliveen community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and maintain resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in applications and lease documentation.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.

• Basic knowledge of credit screening and background check procedures.
